Students have a variety of opportunities in which to be involved while enrolled at Pearl River Community College. The Office of Student Life offers a variety of student activities, recreational sports programs, and organizations to enhance any student's educational experience. Campus life is a combination of academic, social, and recreational opportunities.
Pep rallies, themed parties, talent shows, pageants, and movie nights are some of the activities offered throughout the year. "Fall Fest" and "The Back to School BBQ" are two of the major activities available for students to get a little "stress relief".
Recreational sport programs are a big part of campus life. These programs are well organized featuring sports such as flag football, basketball, and softball. The PRCC Wellness Center is also open to students for individual activities such as weight lifting, aerobics, and other group exercise classes.
Clubs and organizations such as the Student Government Association, Baptist Student Union, Delta Epsilon Chi, and Phi Theta Kappa are great ways students can become involved on campus and in their communities.
For more information concerning these PRCC student life opportunities, please contact Mr. Tom Smith, Director of Student Life at (601)403-1253 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
