Schedule Change & Withdrawal Forms for Online Classes
A schedule change means that you are changing an existing schedule prior to the beginning of a semester. You also have the opportunity to change your schedule the first two days of an online semester. After this, any changes are considered withdrawals, and you will need to use the Withdrawal Form.
Only use this form to change your Fall 2008 schedule.
Online Courses Schedule Change
Before changing your online schedule, be aware that a fee of $13 will be applied to your account for each form submitted. When you complete the schedule change form, the form will automatically submitted to the Office of Extended Education & Instructional Design. A confirmation email will be sent to your PRCC email address.
CAUTION: Only use the Schedule Change Form to change your Fall 2008 schedule. If you use this form in an attempt to change your Summer 2008 schedule, the form will not be honored.
Online Schedule Change Form
You may no longer change your schedule by using the Schedule Change Form. The only requests now honored for Fall 2008 are withdrawals (See Below).
Withdrawal from Online Courses
The withdrawal form should be used for withdrawing from the current semester. If you are making changes to a schedule in an upcoming semester, use the Schedule Change Form. Unless you are completely withdrawing from school, you will be charged $13 for withdrawing from your online courses.
