Schedule a Proctored Exam

Online courses through PRCC and the MSVCC require at least one proctored test at a designated site (two during the fall and spring semesters). All community and junior colleges in Mississippi have designated testing centers to administer exams for other community colleges. Professional staff at the testing site are responsible for confirming proper identification, administering exams and returning exam materials to the originating site.

Students wishing to proctor at either Poplarville or Hattiesburg must click the link below. The image after the link provides information regarding completing the registration process.

PRCC students enrolled in a PRCC mathematics course should contact the course instructor for proctoring information. Mathematics proctored exams are administered in the Math Labs in Poplarville and Hattiesburg.

	The student is responsible for contacting a proctor so that a test date appointment can be made.

1. Use the down arrow to select the location (Poplarville or Hattiesburg).
2. Select the length of time the exam is allowed.
3. Select the date on which you want to schedule the exam.
4. This is a summary of the information you just provided.
5. Provide the exact name of your test. Look in the information in Blackboard to determine the exact name.
6. If you are a PRCC student, then it does not matter for whom the instructor teaches. Always put PRCC.
7. Provide the prefix and the number of the course you are taking.
8. Click Finalize Appointment. The next screen will provide you with a confirmation number and a link you can use to confirm your appointment.

There will be no test proctoring at the Hancock Center.
